Exceptions 🚫:
• Digital downloads cannot be canceled or returned. 📥
• Health and hygiene products cannot be returned if unsealed after delivery. 🛑
• Perishable goods cannot be returned.
Shipping & Refunds 🚚💸:
• While the product is in transit, we are unable to process cancellations. You may refuse to pick up the item or accept it and ship it back to us. 📦➡️📬
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. 💵
• Refunds are processed once we receive the product and will be issued minus any damages. 💰🔧
• We are not responsible for packages that do not reach the customer if shipped without tracking. However, we will most likely offer a replacement in such cases. 📦🔍
